NR75 - A new livery for a new era in passenger trains in the top end.

In October 2003, Pacific National unveiled a new livery which would be applied to locomotives NR74 and NR75. NR75 - Steve Irwin was first in the new livery and I captured it on train 1AL88 as it passed through Direk on October 26 2003. NR75 has since been involved in a level crossing accident, and as a result it is questionable if double headed Ghan NR's will haul the inaugural Ghan from Adelaide to Darwin.

NR75 races past the entering signal for the Bolivar crossing loop.
