It's been quite along time, since I took these shots, and so I have lost any details of the train. From memory I believe that the train was a Dubbo-Bathurst mixed freight, but I could be wrong. The loco combo consisted of 3 x 48 class (Alco DL538), which certainly proved to be a novelty, compared with our DL538's, our 830 class units.

	48127's cab. Note the 'scrubber' fitted to the air intake, reducing the amount of exhaust entering the cab of the unit, especially when operating through tunnels etc.
